FAQ
Here are answers to some common questions
Why did you contact me?
How do I know this is legitimate?
We follow the same laws and procedures that regulate attorneys, notaries, and fund recovery professionals across the United States.
Many citizens are sceptical at first – which is completely understandable.
That’s why our process is built to be secure, transparent, and verifiable at every step:
- You sign all documents with a licensed notary, so your identity and authorization are verified by an independent professional. We never charge any upfront fees, and we carry all financial risk involved in the recovery process.
- All funds are released by the government agency, not by us – we simply act as your authorized representative.
- You receive a full breakdown of the recovered amount, our fee, and the exact amount you are paid.
- We cannot collect a single dollar unless we recover your funds for you.
Every part of the process is documented, verified, and handled according to legal procedure.
We are only paid if, and when, we recover your funds.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No – never.
There are zero upfront costs.
We are only paid if, and when, we recover your funds.
Why can’t you tell me the exact amount of money right away?
At the first stage, we perform a preliminary search.
To access the full details, records, and exact amount, we must first complete the signed authorization.
This protects your privacy and ensures we can legally retrieve all information on your behalf.
There is also always a possibility that a mortgage company, lienholder, or another party may try to claim part-or all-of the funds.
Because of this, we cannot guarantee that we will recover some or all of the money that may be owed to you.
What we can guarantee is that we will handle the process professionally and keep you informed every step of the way.
Can I claim the money myself without your help?
In some cases, yes – but the process can be complex.
It often involves navigating government procedures, deadlines, legal forms, and supporting documentation.
There can also be expenses involved in preparing and processing a claim.
For example, we may need to work with an attorney or obtain additional documents to move the case forward.
Because there is no guarantee that we will recover some or all of the funds, we carry the full financial risk.
We invest the time, the resources, and sometimes legal costs into your claim – and if funds cannot be recovered for you, we absorb that loss – never you.
This is why working with us is completely risk-free for you – and it saves you a significant amount of time, since we handle all the research, paperwork, and communication on your behalf.
We are only paid if, and when, we recover your funds.
Why do I need to sign documents with a notary?
The notary verifies your identity and confirms that the authorization is legally valid.
This protects you, the agency holding the funds, and our organization, ensuring that the claim is handled correctly and securely.
Notarization also prevents fraud and makes sure that only the rightful claimant can authorize the recovery process.
It is a standard, secure step that helps keep everything transparent and compliant.
What does your fee cover?
Our fee covers the entire process of recovering your funds.
This includes:
- Researching public records and verifying information
- Preparing all required documents
- Coordinating the notary signing
- Communicating with government agencies
- Tracking the claim from start to finish
- Handling any additional steps that may arise
In some cases, we may also need to involve an attorney or obtain supplemental documents.
If so, we cover those costs upfront, and if we never recover any of the funds, you will pay nothing.
In short:
We handle all the hassle, so you don’t have to.
This means we carry the financial risk – not you.
And remember:
We are only paid if, and when, we recover your funds.
How long does the process take?
In most cases, you should expect the process to take between 5 and 7 months.
Sometimes it may move faster, but when we are dealing with government agencies, it is difficult to provide a precise timeline.
Once your signed authorization is completed, we submit the claim and monitor the progress closely.
In most cases, we call you once a month to keep you updated.
We typically set up a regular appointment so we call you on the same day and at the same time each month – unless there is sudden progress in the case, in which event we will reach out to you right away.
While we cannot control the speed of the agency, we make sure the process moves forward as smoothly as possible on our side.
What happens if no funds are recovered?
If no funds are recovered, you pay absolutely nothing.
Because we cannot guarantee that we will recover some or all of the funds – especially if another party claims them before us – we carry the full financial risk.
This means that everything we invest into your case, including time, research, resources, and any necessary legal costs, is at our expense, not yours.
If the agency ultimately releases the funds to someone else, or if it is determined that they cannot be recovered for you, you owe us nothing at all.
Our compensation is based entirely on success:
We are only paid if, and when, we recover your funds.
What happens after I sign the paperwork?
When the paperwork is signed with the notary, we are authorized to begin the formal process on your case.
This authorization allows us to gather the required details and take the necessary steps to move the claim forward.
Once this is done, we take over completely.
We submit the official claim to the appropriate agency and begin the recovery process on your behalf.
From that point forward, we handle all communication, follow-ups, documentation, and any additional steps required by the agency.
We keep you updated regularly – usually once a month – or immediately if there is sudden progress in your case.
When the agency releases the funds, they are issued to our organization, as required under the authorization.
This allows us to process the payment correctly, verify it through our bank and the agency, and ensure that everything has fully cleared before any funds are released.
In some cases, banks and government agencies require up to 30 days for clearance. This is a standard security procedure designed to prevent errors or fraudulent claims – and it protects both you and us.
Once the funds have fully cleared, we deduct our agreed-upon fee and send your portion to you by check, together with a clear and transparent breakdown of the payment.
As always:
We are only paid if, and when, we recover your funds.
Why do I need to act soon?
In many cases, funds are only held for a limited period of time.
If no claim is made within the allowed timeframe, the funds may eventually be transferred permanently to the state and become impossible to recover.
Acting promptly ensures that your claim is submitted on time and processed correctly.
Starting the process now protects your rights and gives us the best opportunity to recover the funds on your behalf.
And remember:
We are only paid if, and when, we recover your funds.
How do I know you won’t keep my money?
The process is designed so that all parties are protected – including you.
When the agency releases the funds, they are issued to our organization under the authorization you sign. This allows us to process the funds correctly, verify that everything has cleared through the bank and the agency, deduct our agreed-upon fee, and prepare your payment.
As soon as the funds have fully cleared, we send your portion to you by check, along with a clear breakdown showing exactly how the amount was calculated.
You will always know the total recovered, our fee, and the exact amount you receive.
This transparent system ensures that everything is handled securely, professionally, and according to procedure.
And of course:
We are only paid if, and when, we recover your funds.
What type of funds are these?
The funds we assist with typically come from situations where money has been held by a government agency after a financial event.
There are many possible reasons this can happen, and each case is unique.
The details behind your specific case can only be confirmed once the proper authorization is completed and we are allowed to review the records fully.
Is my information safe with you?
Yes. We take data security seriously and follow standard protection practices to keep your information safe.
We never sell, share, or disclose your personal information without your consent.
Your documents and details are used only for the purpose of verifying your claim and communicating with the appropriate government agencies.
All information is stored securely, handled confidentially, and accessed only by authorized personnel involved in your case.
Received a Letter or Call from Us?
It means we’ve found something. Let’s verify if it’s yours.
